Operated by: Dave DePew Enterprises, Inc. (a California Corporation)

Grinder Gym occasionally permits the use of its facilities by third-party individuals or organizations for events, workshops, competitions, seminars, or promotional activations. This Facility Rental and Vendor Policy outlines the terms, responsibilities, and conduct expectations for those renting space or participating as vendors within the Grinder Gym premises.

Facility Rental Eligibility

Rental opportunities are available for:

  • Fitness professionals or organizations hosting workshops or classes
  • Event promoters organizing strength sports competitions
  • Approved vendors or exhibitors participating in gym-hosted events
  • Photographers or content creators using the space for scheduled shoots

All renters must submit a formal application, sign a rental agreement, and provide proof of insurance as requested.

Application and Approval Process

  • All rental and vendor requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance
  • Grinder Gym reserves the right to approve or deny any request based on alignment with our brand, values, and schedule
  • Approved renters and vendors must adhere to this policy, the Code of Conduct, and any additional written terms specific to their rental agreement

Insurance and Liability

All facility renters and external vendors must provide:

  • A certificate of general liability insurance naming Dave DePew Enterprises, Inc. as an additional insured
  • Signed waivers for any individuals involved in the event (e.g., staff, participants, volunteers)

Grinder Gym is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the rental or vending period.

Conduct and Use of Space

Renters and vendors agree to:

  • Use only the space designated in their agreement
  • Arrive and exit within the agreed rental window
  • Not interfere with Grinder Gym’s ongoing operations or member access (unless gym buyout has been approved)
  • Leave the area clean, undamaged, and in original condition

Absolutely no use, promotion, or distribution of illegal substances, PEDs, or unapproved supplements is allowed.

All audio-visual and promotional materials must be approved in advance if referencing Grinder Gym branding.

Vendor Sales and Promotion

If vending or selling products/services on-site:

  • A Vendor Agreement must be signed prior to setup
  • All local permits (business license, seller’s permit, health certifications if food-related) must be presented upon request
  • No third-party supplement, performance enhancer, or pharmaceutical sales are permitted without written approval

Grinder Gym does not collect commissions from vendors unless contractually specified in the event or booth agreement.

Facility Fees and Damages

  • All rental fees must be paid in full prior to the event unless alternative payment terms have been approved
  • Additional fees may apply for staff support, equipment use, cleaning, or setup/breakdown services
  • Renters are financially responsible for any damage to equipment, walls, flooring, or facility infrastructure caused during their rental

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund
  • Cancellations within 14 days of the event may result in forfeiture of fees
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may impact eligibility for future bookings

Non-Compete and Brand Alignment

Grinder Gym reserves the right to deny facility use or vendor participation to any individual or organization offering directly competing services or products, especially if done without prior disclosure or brand alignment.

We welcome collaboration but prioritize the integrity of our facility, our members, and our mission.
