Welcome to Grinder Gym. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, coaching services, membership programs, classes, virtual support tools, and gym facilities (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing, using, or accessing any Grinder Gym service—whether online or in person—you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our services.

Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. All members and clients must truthfully provide accurate personal, health, and billing information during registration and update it as necessary.

Virtual Support Services
We provide the following digital and virtual support services:

  • Product Support via Email: Assistance with templates, guides, educational series, workshop materials, and general product-related questions
  • Chat Support: Web-based chat assistance for clients and visitors (response times may vary)
  • SMS/Text Support: Two-way text communication with your assigned coach or support staff (standard message rates may apply)
  • Daily/Weekly Check-ins: For coaching clients enrolled in recurring services or transformation programs
  • Onboarding: Personalized introduction and setup for new clients and for existing clients moving into new service tiers or coaching packages
  • Live Q&A Sessions and Online Events: Participants agree to respectful participation and no unauthorized recording or sharing of materials

We strive to respond to virtual support requests within 24–48 business hours. While we aim for prompt, helpful responses, availability may vary due to demand, holidays, or technical issues.

In-Person Services
Grinder Gym offers a variety of in-person training and community-based services, including:

  • One-on-One Personal Training Sessions
  • Semi-Private and Small Group Coaching
  • Large Group Classes and Bootcamps
  • In-Gym Workshops, Clinics, and Seminars
  • Competitions and Strength Events (registration, conduct, and waiver policies apply)
  • Access to Facilities During Administrative Business Hours
  • 24-Hour Member Access (where applicable; based on membership type and access permissions)

By participating in these services, you agree to follow all posted gym rules, trainer instructions, and facility policies. Misuse of equipment, unsafe conduct, or disruptive behavior may result in removal or suspension from the facility and/or services without refund.

24-Hour Access Policy
Members with 24-hour access privileges understand and agree that:

  • Access is only granted to the member whose name is on the account
  • Sharing key fobs, codes, or entry with non-members is strictly prohibited
  • Video surveillance is used for security and enforcement
  • In the event of an emergency, members must follow posted emergency exit and response procedures

Failure to comply with 24-hour access rules may result in revocation of access and possible termination of membership.

Emergency Procedures
All members are responsible for familiarizing themselves with posted emergency exit routes and emergency contact information. Grinder Gym staff will respond to emergencies during staffed hours; during unstaffed hours, members must dial 911 in case of emergency and report any issues to us as soon as possible at info@grindergym.com.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
We ask that members provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule personal training or coaching sessions. No-shows or late cancellations may be charged in full or deducted from session packages. Cancellation terms for group programs, events, and workshops are provided at the time of registration.

Payment Terms
All services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Memberships may be billed monthly or annually. Payment details and billing cycles are provided during signup. You are responsible for maintaining valid billing information. Missed payments may result in service interruptions or account suspension.

Refunds
Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for details on eligible refunds and return procedures. Digital coaching programs, downloadable content, and services that have already been accessed are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Code of Conduct
We expect all members and clients to treat others—staff, trainers, and fellow members—with respect. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or unsafe behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

Grinder Gym reserves the right to suspend or terminate services or memberships at our discretion for violations of our code of conduct, facility rules, or these Terms of Service.

Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any service, feature, schedule, or policy at any time without prior notice. We may also revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Use of our services is at your own risk. While we strive to provide safe, effective, and professional programs, Grinder Gym is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses sustained through participation in our programs or use of our facilities. See our full Disclaimer page for more details.
