Shipping Policy
Grinder Gym ships products within the United States using trusted carriers. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds

Training Services and Digital Programs
Due to the nature of personalized services, coaching, and digital downloads, we do not offer refunds on training services or digital products once access has been granted or the program has begun. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.
