I’ve spent the last 3 months doing squats, dumbbells, sit-ups, push-ups, burpies, cycling, kickboxing and so much more in an effort to get my body in tip-top shape all with the support, encouragement and discipline of Dave DePew and his awesome team at the Grinder Gym. I have lost 22 1/2 lbs of pure body fat in the process and gained 8 lbs of glorious muscle. I’ve lost 10% of my body fat and my body fat percentage (21%) is the lowest its ever been in my life. I really feel fantastic and the future has never looked better to me. Thank you, Dave and Mike Hastings for kicking my flab!!
