Strength Sport Competitor Programming is a service offered both online and at Grinder Gym that is designed to prepare athletes looking to compete in one or more strength sports.
What is involved in the Strength Sport Competitor Programming?
This training is not just for the advanced and elite level athletes. This training is designed to effectively prepare an individual to complete in a Strength Sports Event. Whether you’re new to training or an experienced lifter, there is no better way to raise your level of performance than individualized programming. We can help you achieve your peak performance level regardless of age, gender or skill.

Who can participate?
Anyone who is interested in competing in strength sport will benefit by having a coach. We offer this service online and to our members of Grinder Gym.
How difficult is it to do virtual training?
You will definitely be putting in the time to make sure you develop the skills and correct movement patterns so you can compete safely. Your coach will remotely monitor your progress as you track your workouts with our Grinder Gym Workouts App. Your coach will also review training video of your lifts to critique your form.
