Semi Private Personal Training is very much personalized training. Each person is doing their own workout designed for their unique goals and fitness level. In a semi private personal training session the clients are sharing the one personal trainer during the session. The ratio of clients to coach will depend largely on the coaches comfort level with each clients skills and what is required from each clients workout.
Planning & Preparation
Every workout is planned and programmed well in advance. Each week you will receive a strength training program according to your goals, your fitness level, and your schedule for that week. Every program is designed to your personalized needs all while avoiding injury and progressing you as quick and safe as possible. The coach always maps out an attack plan with the you before each session. We realized planned sessions are more enjoyable for both the coach and for you.
Being well organized allows your coach to effectively divide attention as needed to you and the other clients. Our coaches are trained to give you and each person in the session equal attention.
There might be times when you will require more time than what is allowed in a semi private session. We want each client to get the maximum value for their investment and this means that we can’t have one client’s needs take away from the experience and value the other clients must have. When this happens we will recommend the addition of one-on-one sessions to offer the special instruction that would be required to get you the best experience.

We’ll ensure you’re reaching your goals with personal accountability. Your results are tracked with a bi-monthly reassessment to see improvements in body composition (fat percentage), fat pounds lost, body measurements, and lean body weight.
