We increase metabolic stress by asking our muscles to do more work. Our programs achieve optimal metabolic stress by utilizing specialized methods that maximize time under tension and maintain constant tension on the muscles by avoiding lockout.
Mechanical tension equates to muscular force. The sweet spot is just shy of the 1RM where mechanical tension is at its highest.
Optimizing muscle damage while avoiding injury, adjusting volume relative to exercise intensity, work load, and more specificlly the training frequency as it relates to total volume on a muscle group. Much of this training is accomplished with slow negatives (eccentrics), forced negatives, increased range of motion under high tension in the stretched position of the muscle, and a variety in exercise selection. This is carefully managed too avoid injury. Too much muscular damage and you will be constantly stiff, sore, and unable to recover in time for the next workout.
Many of our intermediate, advanced, and elite Muscle Building Transformation Programs utilize daily undulating or concurrent periodization. Our beginner Muscle Building Transformation Programs follow a linear model specific for bodybuilding.

The programs are available for purchase online to follow on your own, or you can purchase our online coaching and programming. For some the standalone online programs is not ideal, and the addition of in-person coaching or online coaching and programming is a far superior option.
