Our Muscle Building Transformation Programs are hypertrophy based training programs. All these programs primarily focus on the development of muscle size and quality using primarily the following methods:

- Mechanical Intensification Tension – All applicable training methods with the intention of increasing muscle size by varying sets, rep ranges & training splits (training to failure, negatives, drop sets, rest-pause, burnouts, supersets, tri-sets, and giant-sets.).
- Progressive Load – The increase or gain in what is lifted based on a one-rep max.
- Isolation Training – All training that greatly reduces stabilizer involvement and allows greater stimulus on the origin and/or attachment of a muscle while maintaining constant tension on the muscle.
- Accommodated Loading – The gradual increase or reduction in the number of reps in a set to accommodate the increasing or decreasing metabolic stress.
- Chronic Stimulation – The increase in training frequency in order to provide an acute inflammatory response in order to mediate hypertrophic processes before prolonged over-stress exposure or overtraining syndrome.
- Strategic Conditioning – The use of muscle occlusion and hypoxia training to induce skeletal muscle growth through an increases in growth factor production at localized cells.
We have Muscle Building Transformation Programs available based on your goals with consideration for gender, age, and skill level.
We make our programs available for you to follow them with our without the assistance of our team. The programs are available for purchase online to follow on your own, or you can purchase our online coaching and programming. For some the standalone online programs is not ideal, and the addition of in-person coaching or online coaching and programming is a far superior option. Regardless, with our programs you will no longer be the typical “gym go-er’” heading into the gym without ANY guidance or structure. Our programs will change all of that.
