Our Athletic Performance Programs are movement-based training programs. All these programs primarily focus on athletic development with an aim to improve an athlete’s physical and mental abilities to perform at their best. Some of these key elements include:
Strength Training: This involves exercises designed to increase muscular strength, power, and endurance. It can include weightlifting, resistance band exercises, bodyweight exercises, and other modalities.
Conditioning: This includes aerobic and anaerobic training to improve an athlete’s cardiovascular fitness and endurance.
Flexibility and Mobility: This includes exercises designed to improve an athlete’s range of motion, flexibility, and joint mobility. This can include stretching, yoga, and mobility drills.
Nutrition: A well-balanced diet is essential for athletes to fuel their performance, recover from training, and maintain optimal health.
Injury Prevention: This includes exercises and strategies designed to prevent injuries, such as proper warm-ups, cool-downs, and mobility work.
Mental Preparation: This includes mental training, goal-setting, visualization, and other techniques to help athletes perform under pressure and stay focused.
Recovery and Regeneration: This includes strategies designed to help athletes recover from training and competition, such as sleep, massage, and other recovery techniques.
Performance Testing and Evaluation: This involves regular assessment of an athlete’s performance to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Specific Athletic Performance Programs are available based on the sport with consideration for gender, age, and skill level.
We make our programs available for you to follow with our without the assistance of our team. The programs are available for purchase online to follow on your own, or you can purchase our online coaching and programming. For some the standalone online programs is not ideal, and the addition of in-person coaching or online coaching and programming is a far superior option. Regardless, with our programs, you will no longer be the typical “gym go-er” heading into the gym without ANY guidance or structure. Our programs will change all of that.
