Sustainable results require that each individual take personal responsibility for what they eat and drink. Many people have the desire to change how they eat but need help navigating through all the information available on the subject. We kick things off by having you complete a detailed questionnaire about your training and diet experience, current supplements, health history/medical issues, daily schedule, activity level, sleep patterns, food allergies, and the foods you like/dislike. Along with all this info, you will complete measurements and load photos showing your current level of body composition. Based on this data, we will develop a fully customized nutrition plan for your strength and fitness goals.
Your personalized plan will include daily meal plans for both training and non-training days. Each meal plan will list the food items with a breakdown of calories and macros (macronutrients; carbs, protein, & fat), and the recommended time for each meal. Included in your plan will be recommended supplements based on your performance goals and general health. Instructions are included so you may adjust the weekly calories and macros based on your progress.

Once you have purchased your plan you will receive additional details. The turnaround for your plan is 7 days. Once you receive your plan you will have 7 days to schedule a 30-minute phone coaching call to review your plan. You will have the option of purchasing additional Nutrition Coaching to maximize your results.
