We know that reaching your goals is important to you and that the last thing you want is to be doing your exercises incorrectly and risking injury. Our Strength + Mobility Classes offer an opportunity to take a different approach to strength and conditioning. The focusing is placed on natural body weight resistance and calisthenics exercise, methods of increasing fitness through strength and multiple movement practices.
Structure
Develop an important foundation of body awareness and control, by strengthening the most common at-risk areas of the body, working basic movements and balancing the human form.
