CAN I TRY YOU OUT FOR FREE?
Absolutely. Our process for new member trials is to have you firsts come in and meet with one of our coaches to tour the gym and complete a couple forms. This is to insure that you can be familiar with our check in process and for us to know more about your current fitness level before doing a workout with us. This is our way of getting to know you and so that you have a chance to talk with us about your goals. After your success session, our coach will make recommendations for you on how to get started with us.
DO I HAVE TO ATTEND AN ORIENTATION?
You may need to complete an orientation specific to a program or challenge that you wish to take part in. You will first meet one-on-one with a coach who will determine from that success session what the next step will be for you. For those who are new to Grinder Gym we do recommend you attend our free skills classes. The skills classes are a great way to build a solid foundation of good technique and form before jumping into classes or programming.
DO YOU HAVE A GUARANTEE?
DO YOU OFFER CORPORATE OR GROUP RATES?
Yes. Please check with us if your company has reached out to us about establishing a corporate rate with our gym. There is usually a minimum number of enrollments to qualify. Additionally, if your organization is looking for wellness solutions, we are happy to discuss different options to provide on-site training, exclusive company training sessions at the gym, and various workshops and lectures. CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?
Yes. Freezing your account is as simple as completing the Membership Hold Request form before the next auto pay date. There might be a fee for freezing your membership that will be explained in your agreement. You can typically freeze for a maximum of 3 months without losing your membership rate. Your minimum freeze time is 2 weeks. If you’re on contract you might be subject to finish out your current contract and follow the cancellation policy provided by said contract. HOW DO I CANCEL?
We don’t have a single agreement that you can’t cancel. In most cases you only need to provide a full 30-day notice before your next auto pay date by completing the Membership Cancellation Request form and we’ll cancel your membership. Please review your Membership Agreement for any and all the terms of contract. Notices that are delivered within the 30-day window will be subject to one more auto pay, CANCELLATION POLICY DEPENDENT ON MEMBERSHIP PLAN.
DOES MY MEMBERSHIP AUTO-RENEW?
We offer both term and monthly recurring memberships. Some will automatically renew and others will simply end on the expiration date. Monthly memberships will automatically renew on the same day each month and continue until the end of the agreement. Most monthly memberships will bill on the 1st or 15th each month. Your agreement does more to help you lock in your rate and the benefits of your membership. We have no intention of having you pay for anything you no longer wish to use. Simply let us know when you would like your payments to end by completing the Membership Cancellation Request form and we’ll cancel your membership.
DO I NEED TO SIGN A CONTRACT?
We believe in earning your business every day. The way you’re treated and the experience we provide you matters to us. A lot. You’re never just a transactions for us. This is why there is no long-term contract commitment required to be part of Grinder Gym. Any agreement we have can be canceled or put on hold with 30 days notice. HOW DO I UPDATE MY BILLING INFO?
To update your credit card information online, please go to your account settings in the app you are using to book your classes and select a tab with “payment”, “profile” or “billing”. Titles may vary from device to device, but one of these should allow you to add a new credit card. If you prefer you can swipe your new card with the front desk on your next visit.
