Dedicating his life to the betterment of others through fitness, Kettlebells is yet another tool for San Diego’s renown Master Fitness Trainer Dave DePew.

Dave’s Grinder Gym offers a series of morning and evening classes that now include kettlebell workouts, ones that focus specifically on the core and cardio. Before attending drop-in courses, clients must attend a roughly one-hour New Student Orientation (Saturdays at 1:00 p.m. and Sundays at 5 p.m.) that teaches basic kettlebell safety and demonstrates the correct way to execute the kettlebell. Dave will help you use kettlebells to condition the whole body at once providing you more results with less time.  Improve athletic performance, burn more calories per workouts and burn more calories after the workout than traditional fitness training, an effect know as the after burn.

Kettlebells build sexy lean muscle and over all body strength by simultaneously working your body aerobically and anaerobically, kettlebells increase your range of movement and build a resistance to injury. And kettlebells follow through on their promise of quick results; a recent study by the American Council on Exercise concluded that kettlebell workouts can burn around 1,200 calories an hour.

The kettlebell workout is designed for people of all fitness levels who are willing to push themselves at every workout. A kettlebell workout usually takes around 45 minutes, but some advanced workouts can take as little as 15 to 20 minutes. Kettlebell workouts appeal to men and women of all ages, athletes, moms, dads, and busy executives, because it combines an amazing strength training, muscle conditioning and cardio workout simultaneously.
