Our fitness coaches are available to work with you right through from the initial goal setting at the outset right through until you have achieved your goals.

During your success session the fitness coach will go over your fitness goals and have you complete a health questionnaire that includes previous/current injuries. You may ask the fitness coach as many questions as you like in order to find out if Grinder Gym is the right fit for your goals.
Your fitness coach will give you a breakdown on how each of the services and programs work and the type of support that is offered so that you can see what best fits your fitness and performance needs. These recommendations will be used to start you on the path to achieve your fitness goals and the body you want.
If you choose to move forward with Grinder Gym you will book the next session that matches up with the service or program based on the goals you have in mind. Most initial services and programs will typically last between 6 to 12 weeks. Services range from private sessions to various group sizes. However, you are given very specific recommendations based on your goals. All programs can be provided as templates or completely customized for those doing monthly coaching.
