Everything starts once you meet with one of our fitness professionals. Our fitness coaches are available to work with you right through from the initial goal setting at the outset right through until you have achieved your goals. Once you schedule your week of training with us you will receive a personalized experience that includes an evaluation and plan for the week based on your goals, interests, preferences, and fitness level.
Step 1
Complete the online form or contact us to schedule a consultation and assessment so that we can discover more about your fitness needs. You can arrange a meeting on the One Week Orientation page.
Step 2
During your success session the fitness coach will go over your fitness goals, have you complete a health questionnaire, and perform one or more assessments based on your goals. Your fitness coach will give you a breakdown on how each of the services and programs work and the type of support that is offered so that you can see what best fits your fitness and performance needs. These recommendations will be used to start you on the path to achieve your fitness goals and the body you want.
Step 3
If you choose to move forward after your one week orientation period with Grinder Gym you will be provided a more detailed plan that includes the services and products that match your goals. Services range from private sessions to various group sizes. However, you are given very specific recommendations based on your goals. Each of our programs range from training templates to fully customized plans. You can also add monthly coaching for additional accountability and professional guidance.
