What is the 30-Day Grinder Shred Challenge?
The goal of this unique 30-day challenge is to provide a blend of individualized coaching and small group training with a group support system for those with the goal of being totally ripped and shredded.
Why this challenge?
Most challenges focus primarily on the beginner. Many companies throw around the term “shred or shredded’, but they often fail to truly deliver the training and nutrition tools to deliver the real look people are after.
Who is the challenge for?
The 30-Day Grinder Shred Challenge is for the intermediate to advanced exerciser who is ready to make a serious commitment. For those not interested in the typical over-promised fat loss program. This is the best program for those who have already lost weight and inches with other programs and would like to take things to the next level. This program is ideal for those who are interested in a lean hard look.
What is expected?
Big change requires a big change! To be Shredded requires a great deal of commitment in order to strip the body down to single digit body fat percentages. Only those willing to make the necessary sacrifices get Shredded.
You must be willing to:
- Follow a Strict Meal Plan
- Eliminate Alcohol, Sugar, and Many Carbs
- Meal Prep
- Take Supplements
- Complete 1-2 Workouts Daily
- Record All Training & Nutrition
- Check In Daily with Coach
- Take Weekly Measurements and Photos
- Be Consistent!!!
How do I know if I’m ready???
It’s perfectly acceptable if you’re nervous. It’s also understandable if you don’t completely believe in yourself yet. To be Shredded requires a great deal of commitment on your part, but commitment is a cycle. The Cycle of Commitment starts with your decision! Only you will know if you’re ready.

When does the challenge start?
The challenge starts on or around September 17th. Once your plan is presented to you, you are expected to take action right away.
